Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, anyone coming back to China from abroad has to be quarantined for 14 days in designated hotels. In this video, a Chinese student returning to Qingdao records his quarantine experience. Initially, he and his companions were afraid to be discriminated against in the hotel because of rumors circulating that some international Chinese students might be bringing the coronavirus back. To their surprise, the hotel staff took good care of them without any complaints. Through his camera, you can see the cleaning crew wearing heavy hazmat suits, the catering staff delivering over 150 boxes of meals, and the hotel staff checking their health status every day. When the quarantine ended, these students left the hotel with gratitude, while the hotel staff continued to work on the front line fighting the pandemic. ?
